Paris, March 21, 2022 – The mobile financial platform Vivid today released several new features as part of its new app version 2.0. Vivid 2.0 especially brings features to the app requested by the community: savings plans and an all-new cashback program. Vivid customers can now set up free savings plans for regular investments in over 3,000 stocks and ETFs, as well as precious metals such as gold and silver. Vivid 2.0 also brings the next version of the community-loved Cashback feature. With Cashback 2.0, Prime cashbacks are increased on the one hand, and standard users now also receive cashbacks for every purchase.

Savings plans
Vivid Invest has significantly simplified the barrier to entry into the world of investments. With easy access, free learning materials, the Vivid Beat community feature, and last but not least, one of the most affordable cost models, customers can make more of their money right in their banking app. But especially when investments are to become a financial cushion or retirement provision, a one-time investment is not enough. With the savings plans, Vivid customers now regularly invest exactly the amount they want to put aside – starting with as low as 1 Euro. With access to investments in more than 3,000 stocks and ETFs from the U.S. and Europe, as well as precious metals, the savings plan feature enables the creation of a secure, future-oriented, and diversified portfolio. Even though investments should be made especially for the long term, sometimes things turn out differently than planned. The dishwasher stops running, the car needs repairing, or the kids need new shoes every week - Vivid customers have real-time access to the savings plan pocket and can move money to other pockets as needed and access it directly.

Investments in Stocks and ETFs are free of charge for all users. For investments in precious metals, a commission of 1 Percent for free users and 0.5 Percent for users with the Prime Plan will be billed per Trade.

Cashback 2.0
It's no secret that Vivid customers love the Cashback program. With Cashback 2.0 even more, customers will now receive even more cashback. Vivid is increasing the cashback tenfold to 1 percent on all card payments made by Vivid Prime customers. Previously, customers received 0.1 percent. At the same time, standard customers now receive 0.2 percent cashback on all card payments. Prime customers continue to receive 3 percent cashback on payments in restaurants outside the European Economic Area. In order for customers to unlock Cashback 2.0 for the upcoming month, card payments totaling 500 euros must be made within one month. All card payments count, regardless of whether they are made with a physical card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or online shopping.

To mark the launch of Cashback 2.0, all customers, whether they have a free standard account or a Prime plan for €9.90 per month, will have access to the new cashback program in March and April without any conditions.
